When you offer a product that your customers really want it’s a win-win situation for everyone involved! Think about it, which would you choose: the same over priced gift wrap & chocolates? Or would you rather purchase a beautiful handpoured candle that adds beauty, light & wonderful fragrance to your home? The more your supporters like the product you are offering, the more they will buy and the more your organization will earn.  Research has shown that 85% of all homes burn candles on a regular basis. The more your supporters like the product you are offering, the more they will buy and the more your organization will earn! And as candles make great gifts, even if your supporter doesn’t have a need for them, chances are they know someone who would love to receive one as a gift!

We currently offer 2 different types of fundraisers; Jar Candle Fundraisers and 15 Hour Votive Candle Fundraisers with 12-18 fragrances for your supporters to choose from. With each, your organization earns 30% of all sales (excluding tax & shipping where applicable). To get an idea of what your organization can earn, our current fundraiser product selection has an average price of $9.48 – $13.83 per item (Jar Fundraiser vs. 15 Hour Votive Fundraiser). If you have 30 members who sell 15 items each this means your organization earns approximately $1300 to $1800!!!

Here Is How It Works

Week #1: We work with you to choose a date for your fundraiser as well as fragrances for your organization to sell. To simplify the process even more you may choose one of our pre selected fragrance packages.

Week #2: We will provide you with customized full color product sheets & order forms,

Week #3 & 4: Your members take orders & collect payment. Sellers are then given three days to turn in all orders & money to the head of the fundraiser.

Week #5: At this time all money & orders should be turned in to the head of your fundraiser, who will be responsible for providing us with a copy of the final tally sheet. After receiving the tally sheet we will verify your total sales & profits provide you with the total amount due including shipping charges (if applicable). Payment in full is to be made within 2 days. Payment in full is considered 70% of total sales plus shipping charges.

Week #6-8: During this time we will be hand pouring your orders & by the end of week #8 we will ship all products to you for distribution to your members.  If you live in or around the Montrose, Pennsylvania area, we may be able to provide free delivery, thus increasing your profits because you will not have any shipping charges.

Also, if you have somewhere to display the products you will be selling we offer a display package at 30% off retail prices. Upfront payment for this package is required & then you may do as you wish with it. Package price will vary depending on products selected.
