Ordering Information

Before submitting your order, please carefully review your purchase for errors.

Shortly after placing your online order you will receive a conformation via email. Please check it carefully to ensure that you ordered the correct products. If there is something wrong on the conformation email or your don't receive it at all, please contact us ASAP at orders@morganscandles.com or phone us at 570-278-1796.

There is no minimum order!

Fragrances differ greatly from one company to another, therefore we suggest ordering one of our smaller candles if you are unsure, as we can not accept returns on used items.

SCENT/COLOR CHOICE: To view scent list and their descriptions, click on the "scents" button on the left of your screen.

We make every effort to ship your order out within 2 to 5 business days, but please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.

Our order form is secure so you can be comfortable ordering online. Although all payments are processed through PayPal, no PayPal account is necessary.

Pennsylvania residents will have 6% sales tax added to their orders.

For product numbers and descriptions please place items in shopping cart and transfer information to the Mail In Order Form you have printed.

*Checks
Orders paid for by personal check may be held until check clears.

Checks that are returned for insufficient funds will be charged an additional $20.00 or the maximum allowed by law. We will notify you immediately and you will have 10 days to pay the full amount due (NOT another personal check) before legal action is taken.

Upon arrival please inspect your order carefully.
All shortages must be reported within 3 days.
All damage claims must be reported within 3 days. We will then investigate the claim and issue store credit or send you a replacement. We reserve the right to have the damaged merchandise returned to us at our expense.

Morgan's Candles will pay for shipping on any items returned due to an error on our part. Please contact us for a return authorization number to place on the outside of the package you will be returning. Merchandise returned without prior authorization will be refused.

If you refuse a shipment you will be charged for all costs involved in shipping the package(s) plus a 20% restocking charge.

Returns
All returns must have prior approval and are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number to place on the outside of the package you will be returning. Merchandise returned without prior authorization will be refused. No returns accepted after 10 days. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. If it is not we will be unable to credit you. If you refuse a shipment you will be charged for all costs involved in shipping the package(s) plus a 20% restocking charge.

Shortages

All shortages must be reported within 3 days. Please inspect your shipment and receipt carefully before reporting any shortages.

All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless shipping to an APO or PO Box in which case orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.

In many instances expedited shipping is available but you must contact us. Shipping charges will differ from those listed on this site. All Expedited orders are subject to a $5.00 rush charge. When inquiring about this service please keep in mind that normal production time of 2 to 5 business days will still apply, as all of our products are handmade after your order is placed.
